We bought this dress for my daughter's prom and she absolutely loved it! The quality was great and well made.
Now, I would have given this review 5 stars but there's 2 minor things that I think could be easily addressed to enhance the experience.
Firstly, the top of the dress is a corset so when we were trying to figure out what size to get based on the instructions online, we got a size that landed up being to big because when you account for the corset, she would have had more than enough room with a smaller size. The hiccup here is we have never purchased a corset before so we simply didn't know how to order this. I think the website could include something about this to educate those of us who don't know. So, I had to get the dress altered because the top was just to big.
The second thing was we didn't know this was made to order. I got into a panic when I didn't get the shipping information within the week of ordering so I emailed support. HOWEVER, when I did reach out to support, they replied very quickly and that's when they told me it was in the queue to be made. After explaining the timing issue, they immediately addressed it and put a rush on it. We received the dress well within time, even managing to have the dress altered in time. So their customer service was fantastic.
